xserver does not work,help!

i am try meego Linux on virtual box, it works well X11 with TWM.
in order to develop gtk, i install the pixman,when i restart the system, my
xserver does not start. the error messages are :

"/usr/bin/X: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/X: undefined
symbol:pixman_disable_out_of_bounds_workaround"
"xinit:NO such file or directory(error 2): unable to connect to X server"
"xinit:NO such process(error 3):  Server error.

i think the error is abount pixman.when i 'ldd /usr/bin/Xorg',i get
the message : libpixman-1.so.0 => /usr/lib/libpixman-1.so.0
(0xb7778000)
