I have 0.0.20 and I don't have those warnings. I do have the txt format
all garbled-up on all docs.
The xmlto program uses many other tools which leads to may permutations
of different symptoms.
I use the http://wiki.x.org/wiki/RequiredPackages#JauntyJackalope9.04
packages.
