[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-qxl 0.0.16

Hi,

 This release of xf86-video-qxl includes xspice. It is a new module called
 spiceqxl_drv.so and a launching script called XSpice, together it's an X
 and Spice server. The module isn't built by default, you need to pass
 --enable-xspice (or --enable-xspice=only if you want just it).

 You will notice 0.0.15 has gone by the corner, since xspice was broken in
 it. Fixed now in 0.0.16.
