The Samsung TV I use as a monitor does not support DPMS, but it can (naturally) be controlled by an IR remote. Is there any way to get hooks into the power management so I can grab control of a DPMS off and actually send an IR command to turn off the TV and vice-versa? (Obviously this depends on having a way to send IR commands, which I indeed do have).
