xf86OpenConsole:Cannot open virtual console 8(permission denied)

Hi all.Because ubuntu said me to communicate with wiki.x.org, i am sending
this mail to you.I use ubuntu 13.04 and when i changed the ownership of
/usr directory several problems started.i solved some problems but finally
it gives an error of: xf86OpenConsole:Cannot open virtual console
8(permission denied) Do yoı have any idea how this problem can be
solved.Thanks.
