DVI output > monitor blinking at max res. in X session (VGA - OK, text mode OK)

Hello!

Sorry for some delay..

Here are test results: kernel changed from 2.6.32.5 > 3.7.4

1. loading without any radeon specific kernel options > the same
result (totally unusable, 1 flickering in 2 sec.)
2. loading with radeon.disp_priority=2 > the same result (totally
unusable, 1 flickering in 2 sec.)
3. loading with radeon.new_pll=0 > the same result (totally unusable,
1 flickering in 2 sec.)
4. loading with radeon.disp_priority=2 AND radeon.new_pll=0 > much
better (partially usable, 1 flickering in 15-20 sec., but, of course
in general can't be used).

Resolution used:; 1600 x1200

At resolution 1280x1024 (non-default, lower)  - still all OK with any
options above.

Is it Radeon 9200 card related stuff or not?
