Radeon driver not works on PPC with X800

I filed this bug report on Ubuntu a couple of days ago.

I have a dmesg glxinfo and Xorg.0.log from a time when the X800 worked 
if that would be of use, but I suspect that it would not. The problem is 
that the machine locks up when the display is corrupted so I don't know 
how to get that information.
