Hello,

I am trying to connect a second monitor through HDMI port of the laptop,
but I am not getting an output when I switch either to NVIDIA or Hybrid
Graphics (NVIDIA/Intel).

OS="Pop!_OS", VERSION="19.10"

Using Acer Aspire V17 Nitro (VN7-792G-77YX)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 530 (rev
06)
01:00.0 3D controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM107M [GeForce GTX 960M] (rev a2)

I have to run xrandr --auto first before get-edid to get output from the
external monitor connected via HDMI

sudo get-edid | parse-edid

Here is the out of Xorg.o.log - I could not see any errors

https://pastebin.com/bUG3PTUH

I did also try the following

xrandr --addmode HDMI-1 1920x1080
xrandr --output HDMI-1 --mode 1920x1080 --above eDP-1

When reconnecting I get an output on the external monitor, but with the
following issues as shown in the following images:
