-dpi option of Xephyr

It changes the static global resolution size reported by xdpyinfo - for 
instance, with the above, xdpyinfo says:

screen #0:
   dimensions:    640x480 pixels (813x610 millimeters)
   resolution:    20x20 dots per inch

but with -dpi 96 it says:

screen #0:
   dimensions:    640x480 pixels (169x127 millimeters)
   resolution:    96x96 dots per inch

It doesn't change the way X draws anything - some applications may choose to
use it to adjust the size they scale images or text to, or they may ignore it.
