How do I interpret BUSID from lspci ?

Should be "PCI:1 at 0:0:0" or just "PCI:1:0:0".

The format is documented in the xorg.conf(5) manpage, or you can check
any Xorg log file for the bus IDs of all GPUs detected in the system.
