viewres displays a tree showing the widget class hierarchy of the
Athena Widget Set (libXaw).

      gitlab CI: add a basic build test
      Build xz tarballs instead of bzip2
      man page: remove out-of-date COPYRIGHT section
      Apply X.Org standard coding style
      Remove obsolete casts on calloc & malloc calls
