TWM n00b history lesson

Hi All,

Has anyone been around long enough to know how jim, keith and lemke
managed to get their twmrc files included in the samples that come
in the package?

I am asking because I think twm could be made to look at a lot nicer
as well as more user friendly (or shall we say behave more inline
with modern trends in wm's) and as such more people might stick
with it out of the box?

How would I go about getting my own twmrc included and to what
rules etc would it have to comply with?
