X11 on MacOS, enabling 120 DPI?

Does anyone know how to adjust DPI on MacOS?  I'm using X11 from MacPorts.

$ xrandr --output default --dpi 120 --gamma 1:1:1
xrandr: Gamma size is 0.

$ xdpyinfo|grep resolution
  resolution:    96x96 dots per inch
