RTX 5070 Ti with RTX 3050

I have a weird situation, I have laboratory PCs setup with gigabyte
B760-DS3H-AX or z790 UD AX, with i9 14900KF, and 128 or 256 kingston RAM.
On each I have either RTX 5070 Ti or RTX 5090 in pcie 4 or 5 slot, and a
GTX 3050 in the PCIe 16x slot for graphics. The PCs are for running
molecular, AI, or genetics based software, the 5070 or 5090, and the 3050
for graphics (2x LGA 27 " screens). The software will only compile and
work with the blackwells using nvidia-570-open or nvidia-575-open. However
I get the following errors with xorg:

[ 578.225] (II) NVIDIA(G0): [DRI2] VDPAU driver: nvidia

and no graphics. If I use the nvidia-570 or 575, the xorg works fine
through the RTX 3050, but none of the software will run, as the RTX 5070/90
are not detected. Is there a way to get xorg working with the
nvidia-575-open drivers? I can find nothing on the internet regarding
this, very few posts with the specific error message regarding memory. The
proprietary drvers no longer support the new cards, and they refer people
to the nvidia-570 or 575-open now, however I tried the cuda-570 and this
gives the same error. My software is compiled with Cuda-12.9. In
addition, almost all new motherboards no longer allow selecting the pci
used for graphics, defaulting to the first device detected, at the PCIe 5
slot. And, using CPUs with built in graphics lowers overall software
performance, as the CPU is being used for graphics. The graphics in
addition on CPUs does not support higher end graphics for molecular
biology. I wondered if anyone knows how to get xorg working with this
setup?
