[cairo] 45 degree antialiased lines

I have updated the following pages with new images of lines drawn using the 
sync function and thus (supposedly) they are mathematically perfect according 
to filtering theory. Fairly interesting. I was able to generate much more 
interesting and complex pictures because, although slow, calculating the 
lines this way is simple compared to pixel coverage:
