[Clipart] OpenClipart project

The Open Clipart project is just about to begin.
There have been some talks around about possible union of the efforts.

But for this to happen, this project must be improved.

I have a few questions to you, guys:

-Can we make the web page more useful/beautyful?
-Can we add a forum to the web page?
-Will we use PNGs/JPGs if required?
-If I build clipart collection for OOo, can we put it here?
-If I build clipart collection for MS Office, can we put it here?
