Mental note added. :-)

I want to figure out something that would be difficult for a spammer to 
abuse.  Using a web form does add a small barrier, but one that can be 
circunvented without a huge ammount of work.

Perhaps each day the web form could display a different PNG image with the 
days keyword.  The user simply has to type it on a text field to send the 
email.  Since spam robots can't read PNG images (at least, not if you use 
GIMP's blur filter) this is a very reliable anti-spam method.
