The only problem with using bugzilla is that its another user/pass that
users will have to use. Bryce and I were chatting on the chat channel
about how to remedy all these and one step is to have the new wiki which
doesn't require user/pass. Also, the new system Bryce found out about
has anon access, right?

Systems like Bugzilla have too many barriers for normal users to use
(like the current wiki).
