Looks great from the perspective of CC metadata and 
<http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/metadata.html>.  The exact same was 
discussed previously at 
<http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/cc-metadata/2004-February/000285.html>, 
so I'm glad to see that you've come to the same conclusion.
