[Clipart] Open Clip Art Library Release 0.05

Normally I preffer shell stuff :) and with that we can go right now.

I have about 70% of the 0.05 clipart with metadata. I just don't have
it in directories, to put it on the browsable repository.

I'll start to work on a browse script with the files I have
catalogued. Then, we can change the clipart repository to one only
directory (or not meaningful directories).
