[Clipart] 13 logo contributions

Is this issue sorted out? Multiple delimiters should be allowed in the
keywords section. I just used INKSCAPE's metadata GUI to put the
necessary into the 13 documents.

Delimeters we should parse for: , : ; |

This is assuming that they are legitimate SVG and XML for that element.
