[Clipart] Theme for 0.07-0.09 releases

Since we're heading into the holiday season, and since we currently
don't have much holiday-specific clipart, I think it would be valuable
for us to adopt the next few holidays as our themes:

   0.07   Oct 1st   Halloween
   0.08   Nov 1st   Thanksgiving / Harvest
   0.09   Dec 1st   Christmas

Thanksgiving is technically a U.S. holiday, but many countries celebrate
a harvest-oriented holiday around that time, so I think we can safely
shoot for the general idea of it.

Note that the release dates are well in advance of the actual holiday.
This is for a key reason - users of the clip art will need it in the
weeks ahead of the holiday so we need it to be there early for them to
get. 

Anyway, does this theme plan sound suitable?
