[Clipart] incoming folder

What has happened to all the new files that were uploaded 
before the server crash?  They are in the incoming folder at
http://cabbage.ucsd.edu/openclipart/ but not on the main site.

No doubt these files are still on the server somewhere, but
they should make up the bulk of the new material for the Dec 31
release, so I just wanted to make sure they haven't been forgotten
about.
