I've done that before, but there are too many differences :-|
Well, let's dig SVG...
The only difference I really see is:
<linearGradient
id="name"
x1="0%"
y1="0%"
x2="100%"
y2="0%"
[...]
These x1,y1,x2,y2 are required?
