i presume this solution is not definitive, translation by Babelfish is 
far from perfect

disclaimer: i'm not the website maintainer nor i have experience with 
complex multilingual websites

the current website is maintained using CVS, so probably is possible if 
someone volunteer, to create and maintain a version in another language
