I see someone started a logo contest for us.  Cool.  :-)

I'd suggest spreading word about it and soliciting submissions at the
inkscape-user list, sodipodi, etc.

Also, there'll need to be a decision-making process to select the
winner, and a date for when submissions should be posted by.

I would further suggest that we establish a lifetime for the logo, such
as 'for all of 2004'.  This way we allow the option of changing it down
the road, while at the same time guaranteeing the author that quantity
of time.
