[Clipart] webpage not working?

I went to http://www.openclipart.org/ using elinks 0.4.3rc1.

I was redirected to
http://www.openclipart.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?PHPSESSID=85523c8d6e599070069cab01ec669a43

There is a bullet for "Get Clip Art!" and "Project Info" and "Search" but
they are not links. Although they appear the same as those around them.

Clicking on links results in
"Invalid URL." and empty webpage other than that:
<H2>Invalid URL.</H2></body></html>

So I clicked on "Disable CSS" and all was well. I'd guess that some users
may not know to do that. Can that be automated? Or maybe it doesn't
matter.

(I didn't have this problem with lynx.)
