By the way, I have made some improvements to svg_validate this weekend
to make it accept a wider range of files.  Specifically, it now accepts
RDF that is inside <metadata> </metadata> tags.  So note that if you run
the released version of svg_validate on files like that, they may not
pass, but I plan to ensure those files will pass this weekend when we do
the OCAL release.

There are a number of fields that are allowed, but the only ones we
require currently are author, title, and license.  Support will be added
in the future for some of the other fields, including subject,
description, publisher, etc.  I will also be adding better support for
keywords so that we can do categorization, once it's clearer how we
should be doing that.
