[Clipart] Comma-separated keywords in metadata

We need to provide an ID for artists. We need a soft and hard username
system whereby someone can select their artist name without a password
and anyone can use it. That is the soft variety.

The hard variety would then be a username/password that saves the
artists username and password and provides an ID that refers to our site
and contat info for the person -- a form of privacy. This is the hard
variety.

RWORTH and I were working on a proposal like this, but I haven't heard
from him in a while.
