It's all that DMS work he's doing; that's the heavy lifting.  Next to
that the release work is nothing.  I really should take a closer look
at that DMS code and familiarize myself with it, so I can be more
helpful.  I'm going to need to know how it works anyway, once we move
to it, in order to get the other things in the toolchain (such as the
upload scripts) working with it.
