[Clipart] Keys in flags and svg_annotate feature request

Hi, 
This is using the 'external' keywords clip. I have not gotten around to
testing it with the new built in keywords functionality in svg_annotate
yet. Could be that using svg_annotate these extra items will not appear.

It happens with all the flags. I attach one for example.
