[Clipart] failed images

i collected data from PASSFAIL file for 0.07 release and these are 
preliminary results:

basically we have:
- images submitted at the beginning, those don't have any metadata 
because in that early stage it was not a requirement;
- images submitted as a .zip, with metadata in one file, metadata.rdf
- old versions for some images for which we have new versions with 
correct metadata;
- images damaged in the submission process;

of course, there are yet images unidentified.
