that is what i did, uploaded as 'other'.
in this case i believe the text  "ONLY PUBLIC DOMAIN SVG, SVGZ, PDF, 
WMF, ZIP, TAR.BZ2 or TAR.GZ Files Under 10 MB Allowed" is a little 
misleading, we should remove "TAR.BZ2" from it
