Those used to be available directly from Microsoft Typography.  IMO
they're some of the nicest fonts available anywhere, at any price.  I
am particularly fond of Verdana, Georgia, and Andale Mono.

Also nice are the Bitstream Vera fonts, especially Bitstream Vera Sans
Mono, which besides Andale Mono is the only other remotely decent
fixed-width TrueType font I've encountered to date.  (Fixed-width
fonts are important to programmers...)
