[Clipart] FONTS and Our Project

I started a wiki page on SVG Fonts and the font world in general for
FLOSS:

Yes, I know it is premature, but maybe some people might have some
thoughts to add, or references to input. I wonder if we should allow for
upload of all font formats, or only SVG Fonts? I wonder how this goes
along with our streamlined concept of SVG-Only. SVG Fonts are mainly a
way of embedding normal fonts into SVG Files, and thus, one would still
need the other font files in the "real world." Should we allow for any
type of fonts that are vector based and not bitmap? That would include
True Type, Postscript Type 1 and 2, OpenType, etc.
