[Clipart] fdo + image magick

Hello all,

I asked for Daniel Stone to install Image Magick so that we could use
convert on the website. Now my script to makeThumbnails in screenshots
folder will work.

Also, I figured this was a good idea for our use for conversion to other
formats eventually beyond svg2png...etc.

The fdo admins are cool!
