Yup, this is all true.

Within the next month or two, keywords will become an absolute
necessity, so including the keyword 'flag' should be considered
virtually a requirement here.  Hopefully some other keywords can be
added so that this is even more useful.

CVS access is not required.  As long as the submitted clipart has full
metadata, that should be sufficient.  However, we do grant CVS access if
desired;  send myself or rejon your SSH 2 key, username, etc. and we can
get you set up.  However, in theory you shouldn't need all this - just
make sure your clipart has full metadata, and we'll contact *you*
if/when more is needed.
