Interestingly, I seem to be getting line numbers and column numbers
just fine with Python 2.3.5, at least for the following warnings:

 * unbound prefix
 * unknown SVG element
 * 'path' element has no 'd' attribute
 * invalid path data
 * 'a' element has no 'xlink:href' attribute
 * 'polygon' element has no 'points' attribute
 * 'image' element has no 'xlink:href' attribute
 * mismatched tag
