[Clipart] Good Tasks for Developers

I just looked at our roadmap and see a few tasks for this release that
would be great for some new developers (or not new) to take on:

* setup cafepress.com store (for US/CA/MX)
* setup spreadshirt.net store (for EU)

* Check on the Edit and Recategorization sections of the Clipart
Requests page; some of these could be done easily at release time.
