[Clipart] Screenshot Uploads

Would it be possible to give users uploading a screen shot some sort of
a mechanism to select what items from the clip art library were used in
the pictured item.

I see this as having two advantages
1) It re-inforces the suggestion that people should be uploading screen  
shots
of OCAL items in action, not pictures of puppies, their desk, or rainbows.

2) It makes the approval process easy, since whoemever hits the link first  
can
confirm that OCAL imagery is actually in the screen shot.
