HASH is present in the upload log for these files, that's why.  This
may have been from the timeframe when upload_svg.cgi was sending its
results back to the browser to be returned back to the server again,
with each round trip to the form (e.g., if another field needed to be
filled out).  We changed it to not do that after a little bit, when we
discovered it was corrupting binaries and non-ASCII characters.  If
it's only a couple of files (two so far, from the 0.13 timeframe),
I'll correct them by hand, rather than try to write the script to
second-guess what's in the upload log.
