[Clipart] failure to load lots of stuff

Those errors (in fact warnings) are generated by Inkscape, not by our 
clipart and tell that you does not have installed some 3-rd party 
software which can be used by Inkscape if needed.
The Inkscape people are aware about the unfriendliness of this error 
dialog and willing to improve the situation.
For more info about this, please refer to the Inkscape users mailing 
list, that is the best place to communicate with Inkscape people.
