Major vs. Minor - in our wiki, a requirement is considered
"http://www.openclipart.org/ link on the front page", this can be the criteria: 
- they link to us on the front page -> major (Inkscape, Scribus)
- they link to us elsewhere on the website -> minor (all others)

OTOH, considering this requirement, is not fair from us to request link from
affiliates on their front page but we to link to them from the wiki (BTW, wht if
we decide to use rel="nofollow" for all links in the wiki in order to discourage
spammers?)

Alternate criteria can be how the affiliate contibuted to OCAL
development/promotion.
