Alberto created it.  I'm not even very familiar with its internals.  I
think I made one small change to it once maybe, but I no longer
remember what, exactly.  [Hmmm....]  Wait, yes I do:  I rigged it so
that images in the flags directory have a border around them, as
requested by one of the people involved with submitting the flags
collection.  I think that's the only part of it I had anything to do
with so far.
