I'll do it today.

However, if someone else wants to try a hand at it for 0.12, just say
so any time between now and then.  Last month I specifically wanted to
do it, so I could finish up revising the release procedure notes on
the Wiki and making sure they were right, but that's done now, and I
think anyone in the clipart group could do it now (assuming you have
the latest SVG::Metadata installed, plus Inkscape).
