Hmmm...I just downloaded the adobe plugin and it does crop svgs without
providing a scrollbar sometimes....hmmm... However, images created in
Inkscape don't currently include the viewbox attribute in the SVG element,
which I think would correct these problems. I went to this site, svgx.org
and viewed source on the image on the main page on the right side of the
screen and yes, that image includes this in the main SVG tag:
<svg xmlns="&ns_svg;" xmlns:xlink="&ns_xlink;" width="392" height="400"
viewBox="0 0 392 400" overflow="visible" enable-background="new 0 0 392
400" xml:space="preserve">
A w3c SVG person commented on this on Inkscape previously, and is something
that should be pushed to Inkscape as a feature request. Do you all agree
with me? Notice, the relationship between width and height and viewbox...
