[Clipart] lowering of total number

Well, I recounted the last two releases, and there were less total numbers 
for those as well than what happened to be on the downloads page (my fault):

For 0.10 there were 2547 unique SVG.

For 0.09 there were 2489

So still, there are many more submissions this month as we are up to 2896!

Great! I've updated figures.
