[Clipart] release 0.11 out

Hi all,

I sent out all the releases last night (late). Please forward anywhere
else not listed on the wiki. Another great release...the library is
growing and our release process gets smoother. Hopefully this coming
month we can spend time working on tasks on the roadmap. I sense a
threshold of bugs/features that needs to be crossed to push our project
forward further. I know the main way to do that is by picking up a
shovel and digging in :)
