Wait. Are you doing this by hand, or by using a script? Did we ever
track down this script that does this? or Alan, did you fix them by
hand? Really, any submisson we receive that is an SVG def, then we
should render some visible content to depict the def.

Or, maybe we should place this emphasis onto the submitter. I think that
is a better solution for now. No need to over-develop.
