I was going to investigate why, but the abusive screenshot has
disappeared before I had a chance.  Maybe there'll be something in
the error log, though...  I'm grabbing a copy of that and will have a
look...

As I suspected, a permissions issue.  I've changed a permission that
might or might not fix it.  We'll find out next time, I guess.
